TICKETS FEES

  • Virtual Option Available - $25 per person 
  • Reservations made more than four business days prior are: $45 per person for SAMA members (Members may bring a non-member as their guest at the member rate of $45 pp) and $55 per person for non-members.
  • Reservations made less than four business days' prior to the luncheon date are: $50 per person for SAMA members (Members may bring a non-member as their guest at the member rate of $50 pp) and $60 per person for non-member
  • Reservations made the day of the luncheon—$60 per person for SAMA members (Members may bring a non-member as their guest at the member rate of $60 pp) and $65 per person for non-member

Special Meal Requests―Please notify the SAMA office prior to the day of the luncheon should you or your guest have a special dietary request; otherwise, if a request is made at the luncheon, there will be a $30 up charge above the regular luncheon fee and a wait of at least 20 mins.

LUNCHEON PRESENTING SPONSOR

$1,000 as a luncheon presenting sponsor you will be provided with the following opportunities.

  • Opportunity to present to luncheon attendees
  • Four seats to the event, equaling one table
  • Priority table seating at the event
  • Table signage
  • Verbal recognition during the opening and closing remarks of the event
  • Logo recognition in all electronic communications*
  • Logo placement on all printed materials*
  • Logo recognition on event day

LUNCHEON TABLE SPONSOR

$600 for Members and $900 for Non-Members, as a luncheon table sponsor you will be provided with the following opportunities.

  • Four seats to the event, equaling one table
  • Priority table seating at the event
  • Table signage
  • Verbal recognition during the opening and closing remarks of the event
  • Logo recognition in all electronic communications*
  • Logo placement on all printed materials*
  • Logo recognition on event day

Olympia Hills Event Center protocols will be followed for this event: 

  • Masks are mandatory within the facility when not seated at a table enjoying food and beverage
  • Temperature checks for all attendees are mandatory, anyone registering 100 degrees will not be permitted to enter the building
  • Ballroom will be at 50% capacity with four (4) people assigned to a table which will be separate by 6 feet
  • Hand sanitizing stations will be located throughout the facility
  • Wait staff will serve all

SAMA is aware of the concerns many might have about in-person events during these times but want all to know, we are going to follow strict protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

CANCELLATIONS—Must be received more than three business days prior to the meeting date or you will be billed for your no show. Substitutions are acceptable, but please notify the SAMA Office of your changes.)
