TICKETS FEES

  • Reservations made more than four business days prior are: $35 per person for SAMA members (Members may bring a non-member as their guest at the member rate of $35 pp) and $40 per person for non-members.
  • Reservations made less than four business days' prior to the luncheon date are: $40 per person for SAMA members (Members may bring a non-member as their guest at the member rate of $40 pp) and $45 per person for non-member
  • Reservations made the day of the luncheon—$50 per person for SAMA members (Members may bring a non-member as their guest at the member rate of $50 pp) and $55 per person for non-member

Special Meal Requests―Please notify the SAMA office prior to the day of the luncheon should you or your guest have a special dietary request; otherwise, if a request is made at the luncheon, there will be a $30 up charge above the regular luncheon fee and a wait of at least 20 mins.

LUNCHEON TABLE SPONSOR—$500 for Members and $800 for Non-Members, as a luncheon table sponsor you will be provided with the following opportunities.

  • Eight seats to the event, equaling one table
  • Opportunity to provide a one minute presentation before the speakers' program
  • Priority table seating at the event
  • Table signage
  • Verbal recognition during the opening and closing remarks of the event
  • Logo recognition in all electronic communications*
  • Logo placement on all printed materials*
  • Logo recognition on event day

CANCELLATIONS—Must be received more than three business days prior to the meeting date or you will be billed for your no show. Substitutions are acceptable, but please notify the SAMA Office of your changes.)
