Challenges faced by small to mid-size manufacturers can differ greatly from those of larger organizations. From workforce demands and supply chain constraints to professional development, process optimization, permitting, logistics, and cybersecurity, SAMA membership provides access to a network of solutions tailored to these specific needs. Through collaboration and shared expertise, members find valuable support to help drive their businesses forward.

TICKETS FEES—

Reservations made more than four business days prior are: $50 per person for SAMA members (Members may bring a non-member as their guest at the member rate of $50 pp) and $60 per person for non-members.

Special Meal Requests - Please notify the SAMA office a week before the luncheon should you or your guest have a special dietary request; otherwise, if a request is made at the luncheon, there will be a $30 up charge above the regular luncheon fee and a wait of at least 20 mins.

$1,000 as a luncheon presenting sponsor you will be provided with the following opportunities.

  • Opportunity to present to luncheon attendees
  • 7 seats to the event, equaling one table
  • Priority table seating at the event
  • Table signage
  • Verbal recognition during the opening and closing remarks of the event
  • Logo recognition in all electronic communications*
  • Logo placement on all printed materials*
  • Logo recognition on event day

LUNCHEON TABLE SPONSOR - SAMA Member Exclusive

$600 for Members - as a luncheon table sponsor you will be provided with the following opportunities.

  • 7 seats to the event, equaling one table
  • Priority table seating at the event

  • Verbal recognition during the opening and closing remarks of the event
  • Logo recognition in all electronic communications*
  • Logo placement on all printed materials*

CANCELATIONS - Cancelations must be received in writing via email no more than three business days prior to the meeting date (Friday, November 1, 2024) or you will be billed for the luncheon. Substitutions are acceptable, but please notify the SAMA Office of your changes.
